BMW VVDI Prog not erasing 35080VP eeprom

Hello. I have an issue where vvdi prog is not erasing first two rows/milage. I have adapter for it and have tried also to solder it to the adapter pcb directly.
Only solution is to replace? I remember having it erased but no luck with this one.

Try increase slightly VCC voltage in VVDI menu after given eep is chosen. Try 3.5Vdc, sometimes it helps.
