I checked my external hdd and i do not have them. Whats the reason to search such old versions?

you need the original DDE firmware BMW E 60 520 D , 2005.09

The car drives very poorly at low speeds and pulls poorly

But then why search old datens to update it with old sw? You can use latest to update it, although that most likely wont fix the issue.
