ventilated seat retrofit

hi again
i have successfully retrfited the seats from an E71 to my E70
every thing works perfectly
but the throw an error and airbag warning light
after my research i got to only solution to code
SLV_FAHRER_1 to Nicht_activ

is there any explanation for this?

It its possible the driver retrofited seat is defective,did you already encode both seat modelue with correct FA option?

no i didnt encode anything except ihka to work the ventilator
all the functions work for both seats
on my research for that error code was for 3 doors car and some backrest lock
