Request for CIC Premium Disk Image

I am looking to convert the head unit of an F10 imported from Japan to the UK
It is the late CIC unit. I understand that in order to accept the maps the hard drive has to be reformatted using a different Euro/US specific disk image.
Has anyone got such an image they can share?

Yes. HDD needs to be cloned as for ECE/USA unit in this case.
And also software. CIC unit needs to be flashed with ECE FA/VO.
