i cant get the right words for what u guys to thank you and describe what are u giving to people like me

i am downloading maps for E70 cic high and F15 nbt next
while i wait for download to finish im reading around feeds
do i need fsc code?

Most likely, if its not already updated with lifetime fsc, then you will have to generate them.
For CIC you need to extract "1B" file and NBT1 "DE" file.

For CIC units you can use USB 1b extractor script.
NBT - esys to extract fsc.
After that generate code with fsc generator,

dose e-sys work with d-kcan cable on f15?

You have to get enet cable.
Even for E series unmodified [ regular china bought] dcan will not read 1b file when try to do that with software.
