BMW CCC russian language update cd

BMW CCC unit russian language update cd.

Instructions:
1) software must have at least with "silver menu", otherwise needs to be updated.
2) delete old language coding from FA/VO and add 6UD, code ccc unit
3) insert burned cd in dvd drive and wait ~40minutes.
